Here at The Roasted Bean, we strive to sell our products and merchandise day by day. There is a wide selection of items available to buy, including coffee roasts, sweaters, mugs, and even coffee-making essentials, all ready to be delivered after purchase. However, to boost efficiency and offer special deals on our products, we will present a chart of social media analytics to demonstrate our company's performance. Special sales on existing items, including limited-time seasonal ones, will be marked for our subscribers as well. Yet, when will these sales be announced? Our goal is to gain as many followers as possible to officially mark our sales on the products we already have. Here are the analytics sheet and future sales promotions below.

As shown above, here are the five images showing the analytical results for the official Roasted Bean Instagram page. More specifically, the purpose of the analytical results is to identify which post has received the most views, interactions, and make future decisive actions based on the popularity of the post and the audiences' engagement. Over the week of October 30th to November 5th, our company's social media page's view count reached 90. According to the chart in the first image, over 61.1% of followers viewed our posts that week. In contrast, 38.9% of non-followers also came across those same posts. Three of our most notable posts at the beginning of November have reached up to 19, 12, and 10 views, respectively. Our post showing off our merchandise had a higher view count—19—than our seasonal post (12) and our "Coffee and Young Adults" posts (10). In the same week as before, there have been a few interactions with our posts from 100% of our followers and 0% percent from non-followers. 3 interactions were made with the merchandise post, 2 with the seasonal post, and 1 with the "Coffee and Young Adults" post. After reviewing the results further, it appears we were able to attract at least a few social media users to our page. We have gained over 3 followers in that week alone, with our merchandise post being the most popular of the three. Although this was all earned at a slow start, we have at least managed to get some views and interactions as of today.
Our Roasted Bean Instagram page has gotten off to a slow start, with only a few posts in late October and early November. However, with three particular posts, we gained a few followers, nearly 100 total views, and received several interactions on our most popular post featuring merchandise. This has led us to believe we can heavily promote our merchandise, along with special promotions and sales tied to it and our products, both standard and seasonal. We need to post about 3-4 times a week to boost our view rate and interactions and reach a certain number of followers. I suggest we aim for at least 50 followers by the end of November. Once we have achieved our goal, we will soon begin with our promotional sales.
